Mums & Bubs fitness classes!

Since becoming a Mummy in 2017 to my gorgeous baby girl, one of the best parts of my postnatal journey has been giving classes to other Mummy’s and their beautiful babies. Meeting all these fantastic women & learning from all their different Mummy/Baby experiences. Each journey is unique, but one thing we can all rely on is how fun our postnatal workouts can be   dancing away with our little darlings!


I currently teach Mums & Bubs classes at The Parent Hood in Chiswick & Tribeca Studios in Ealing – See below for the list of classes & how to book yours & babsies place – Come and Join the Fun!

CLASS: Baby Bootycamps – For all the mummys looking to get back in shape and tone up! This is the ultimate high intensity workout catered for postnatal bodies desperate to get their pre-baby bod back without feeling the pressures of one to one training.

CLASS: New Mums: Tums to Bubs – Calling all the new Mamas! Tums to Bubs is a fantastically fun class for both mummy and babs!  Body toning through fitness exercise & dance moves combine with baby development exercises to help keep Mummys body and babies brain fit and healthy!
