For all the mummys looking to get back in shape and tone up! One to one training is great for mummys wanting to get their pre-baby bod back as it allows you to get back in shape by finding the right workout for you. Whether it’s the ultimate high intensity combination or more strength & resistance based training, all will be catered for postnatal bodies. Baby’s are welcome during training sessions.
