Since starting MyDivalution my passion for female health and fitness has grown. Meeting so many fantastic women over the years I have noticed that an important part of being a strong, powerful Diva means feeling positive about our bodies both inside and out and we can do this by giving them the time and effort they deserve.
Qualified in Advanced PT and Pre & Post natal through YMCAfit – My Personal Training sessions are a great way to get exactly what you want out of your fitness goals. Whether you be wanting to reach your target weight, work on toning & body shape, train in specific physical skills, reach new personal bests or simply boost your self confidence then these sessions are the best way to create a totally focused environment, full of fun and encouragement!
If you’re looking for a more creative way to keep fit then we also offer one2one Diva classes where we can work on dance & performance skills, perfecting your favourite dance routines.
